Our guarantee of Quality can count on about 150 checks for each product: from those carried out on farms, to those on 100% of our milk and all the products derived from it. Quality assured through multiple certifications (IFS, BRC, ISO9001) and qualifications (FDA) obtained over the years by our Group, as a guarantee for our customers.

We use selected lactic ferments, without recourse to acidifiers. A production process safely
guided by our “Casari”, the mozzarella chefs, who, following the Francia recipe, decide preparation times and curdling to ensure that every single product satisfies the taste and goodness that we have always guaranteed to our consumers.

Our dairy products are made with vegetable rennet, fully compatible with a vegetarian diet.

The most modern technology at the service of tradition, guarantees maximum safety,
adequate shelf life, without compromises and in compliance with the traditional protocols of our origins. The precious dexterity of our spinners enriches our productions with delicious knots and braids, a symbol of craftsmanship that becomes industry.

Always sensible to the environment, our circular economy model is based on renewable energy
generated by the use of production waste reused into our Biomass energy Plant. Energy production process leave an exhausted digestate, that can be used as fertilizer for the fodder mais and wholegrain fields.
We provide this feed to the cattle farms from whose milk we produce our 100% Fiordilatte from the Agro Pontino, our Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP, and other extraordinary products of our offer. In other words, Production waste generates renewable energy in our Biomass plants, which return new digestate to complete a virtuous cycle that respects the environment and our territory, self-producing 70% of our energy needs.
Furthermore, in 2022 we made important investments in photovoltaic energy in our main production site in Sonnino.
